Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:

Orders placed online or by phone before 2pm local time will typically be shipped the same business day provided the merchandise is in stock.

Most products are shipped ground in the manufacturer's box and shipping is free for ground orders over $50 to addresses in the contiguous United States. Ground orders $49.99 and under will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 for addresses in the contiguous United States.We do not ship anything outside the contiguous United States.

To expedite shipping, orders may be drop shipped by the manufacturer or supplier.

Ordering with an incorrect address will result in a surcharge equal to the cost of shipping which will be passed along to the consumer if it is the fault of the consumer. If the incorrect address supplied by the consumer results in loss of merchandise AMF Incontinence is not responsible for the loss.

Exchange and Return Policies:

We will gladly replace damaged items if damage is reported to us within 2 business days of delivery.

Unopened items may be returned within 2 business days by emailing customerservice@amfincontinence.com for a return authorization number.They will only be accepted back in increments available for sale on this website. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and there will also be a charge for our original shipping costs.Refusals will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, and any shipping charges are non refundable.

No credit will be issued for any items shipped back without a return authorization number.

All credits for returns will be issued after receipt and warehouse approval.

Orders are transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment immediately as soon as they are submitted and they cannot be cancelled or changed once transmitted to the warehouse.

Any cancellation made after the order has been shipped will be considered a return and subject to the same limitations.

Bath and shower products, toileting products, and all products used or worn against the skin are not returnable under any circumstances.

There are no returns on the following products: hygiene products, shower chairs, commodes and wound care.
